

Jeff Martin first got the music bug when the Beatles arrived in America, soon Jeff
was signed up in the school band, playing snare drum. Through grade and high school,
Jeff played concert snare, marching snare, and then a full kit in the stage and jazz
bands. Before he could drive, he had joined the local cover band (the Camaros),
playing guitar, and was soon playing semi-
Some of the bands Jeff has opened for include REO Speedwagon, Rufus featuring Chaka Kahn, and Cheap Trick. At the same time, Jeff was doing casual sessions at a Peoria, Illinois, studio, on drums. Jeff and his band mates moved to Los Angeles to pursue a life in the music biz, and played in such Hollywood hot spots as the
Whiskey, the Troubadour, and the Cocoanut Teazer.
In 1996, Jeff moved north to the Silicon Valley, where he soon met up with Route 66 (now SOUNDCHECK). For the next ten years, Jeff has had an affiliation with this hard working cover band, playing lead guitar and sharing vocals with Brad and Robert.
